“And it shall come to pass afterwards that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh”

Until the Spirit is poured out upon all flesh all the things said below will not take place.

It will come to a time that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh.

And when I pour out my spirit, one of the ways to know that the spirit has been poured out is that you will start witnessing that the sons and daughters will suddenly begin to prophesy; the old ones will begin to dream dreams and the young men will begin to see visions.

Bible talks about pouring the spirit. It will come to a time that I will connect you, via my spirit. I will give you access in the realm of the spirit. Man is a spirit with a soul that lives in a body. The connection we have with God is a connection of the spirit not the body.

Man is a spirit that has a soul and lives in a body. At this particular time, God was speaking about today in the book of Joel. He wasn’t speaking to the old testament people. Because, in the Old Testament, God dealt with man in a bodily format. God will come out and speak with them.

Moses, Moses,

God was speaking to them in a bodily format. So man was so natural, so robotic in nature and behavior. Man was not dynamic. And God saw the struggle that man was going through in the old testament and God desired this day and said,” it will come to pass in that day, that I will release my spirit”.

From the day I released my spirit, you can connect to me even without hearing my voice. Men in those days could only connect to God every time God spoke to them. Between the books of Malachi to Matthew, theologians call it the 400 years of silence. God never spoke for 400years between Malachi and Matthew. So, the reason was God was operating in a robotic format with the people. If

God was about to enter into the tabernacle, you will hear the sound of shaking.

“God is coming”

People will start lying down and fall prostrate waiting for God that is coming. Maybe, probably, the roof will be going off your chair will just fly off when God is coming. God was that kind of masquerade in those days. God knew that this is not exactly what he intended for man. Man never had access to God, God was the one coming for man through his voice and physical presence.

But God was looking forward to the day when man can wake up one morning, in the afternoon, at work, man can talk to God. He was looking forward to it. You just need to key into the Spirit. And then, when the spirit is released, He said, “young men will dream dreams, old men will see visions”.

I’m going to be talking on vision; this is the beginning of the year. Because you can’t go beyond your vision in life.

Acts 11:4-5

Now, Peter narrated what a vision is. Vision is a man tapping into the program of God for man. When you connect to the program of God for your life that means you have vision.

He says,” I was in Joppa, suddenly, I saw a vision-the program of God for the Gentiles. Peter had an encounter with Cornelius. So God had a program for Cornelius who represented the Gentiles, but there was no one to see the program of God for them. But Peter, through vision saw the program of God for the Gentiles and God used him to reach them.

I want to use the places we are reading to explain vision so that when I start talking, you will know what vision is all about. Because for some of us, who are coming from very exotic backgrounds like Cherubim and seraphim or Cele, we have a very different view of vision. Which is really not vision.

Vision is not gibberish.

And then when they point at you, you kneel down and the Prophet/prophetess will start speaking. That is not vision we are talking about here. Vision is according to the will of God for your life.

1Sam 3:1-10

And the child Samuel ministered to the lord under Eli and in those days, the word of the Lord was very precious.

Message Bible (Because there was no open vision)

The boy Samuel was serving God under Eli’s direction. This was at a time when the revelation of God was rarely heard or seen. Eli served the lord in an era and season when God was not speaking to the people anymore. Nobody knew the mind of God for the people.

May you not serve under a man that does not hear from God,

That’s the era of Eli. When he was serving, there was no open vision. People couldn’t access God.

The short form is that vision is accessing God.

Gen 13:14

“and the lord said unto Abraham after Lot was separated from him. Lift up now thine eyes and when thou art northward, westward, southward, eastward”

After lot had departed from him, now the Lord said.

I’m going to be treating on vision.

You can’t go far this year without vision.

You can’t go far in life without vision.

I have noticed in life that most people live their lives assuming they have vision but they don’t have vision. If you see a man or woman that has vision, you will know. You don’t need a prophet to tell you that this man or woman is a man of vision.

The worth of life is in the vision that the life carries.

The worth of my life is not in the suit I’m putting on. I may be putting on Gucci, Tommy or Pierre Cardin. Whatever name you are putting on. That is not your worth.

In the physical realm, man is valued by what he is wearing. In the realm of the spirit that translates into the physical, man is valued by the vision he is carrying.

There is no life without a vision.

The bible says, I’m sure some of you will have come across this scripture before. “For this reason was the son of man made manifest”.

You know sometimes, we don’t logically look at scriptures. The son of man came for a reason. The reason existed before the son of man arrived.

This warehouse that we use as a church has been here from before the moment I came into Asaba.

Now for this reason of a church, was this warehouse made manifest. God made the warehouse and left it here for 6years that I was in Asaba; waiting for the day that I will have the vision for it. The warehouse has been here, but what stopped us from coming here was vision.

I didn’t have a vision for the warehouse that is why it was of no use to us. But when I conceived the vision, God did not manufacture a new warehouse. God showed us an already made warehouse that has always been there even while we were wallowing in darkness looking for places to stay.

There is nothing on earth you desire from God that is not already provided on earth. The gap between you and your miracle is vision. Once you hook into vision, God will make the provision available.

Provision is what evidences problem. No problem exists without a solution. Truth be told, solutions exist first before problems arise, but until man taps into the vision, they won’t see the solution.

Now vision becomes very important in our lives as individuals. Even If you haven’t gotten anything on earth; you haven’t gotten a job, a wife a thing on earth, please, have vision.

The worth of a man is tied to the worth of the vision he is carrying. There is no mission until there is a vision. By that I mean a man will never go into action until vision comes. Vision is what drives life.

Vision drives your life.

What is vision, vision is your ability to tap into the plan of God for your life for a year. What is the plan of God for your life this year? What’s the plan of God for your life this year? You know that’s a very wonderful question and very hard to answer. Is anybody willing to answer? Nobody is willing to answer. But if I ask it the other way you will answer.

What do you desire from God this year? Everybody can answer

What is it you want God to do for you this year?

It is very easy for time to be ticking, and you think you are making progress. You haven’t sat down to ask yourself exactly what you want this year. That’s the truth. You are just leaving your life. “eeh, praise the Lord oh, so I finally saw this year” you haven’t taken out time to place a demand on God and you would blame Him at the end of the year for doing nothing for you.

What is your vision this year???

Finance has never ever stopped a man. Any man that says the reason why I am where I am is because of finance is a liar. Do I say finance doesn’t play a part? No! It does. But let me tell you, Leave finance alone. What do you want God to do for you?

Let me tell you. I need to get us angry; so many people live their lives naturally and normally.

Can I say this to you? Who do you think made this statement, “teach us how to number our days that we may apply our hearts to wisdom”. Who made the statement? Moses.

Moses made that statement, 40 days to his death. What Moses did within 40 days to his death, theologians say it is equivalent to what he did in his last 40 years. From the moment God told him,” you will not enter, you will see, come I will show you” within that 40 days to his grave, Moses realized how precious time is, that was when he wrote that psalm. And he did very many things which I will show you from 1 to season 10, things Moses did in 40 days. Some of us have lived for 40 years, nothing. Some 30 years, some 20 years and they think they have time.

Let me tell you, 1 year is too much a time to achieve anything you want to achieve. 1 year…from now to December, you can become anything you want to become. Our problem is that we don’t have vision, we hallucinate, we assume. That’s what we do. Every year, we assume that we have vision, we don’t have. How do you know I am wearing clothes, you don’t assume. You know, you are seeing it.

You can’t have vision and we won’t see it.

“Pastor ehn, if you see my vision”

We will see a man that is driven by vision.

When you have vision we know.

Abraham lived all his life enjoying influence, God’s glory, favour from the Lord, enjoying God’s abundance. But immediately Lot left him, he lost hope. How do I know? He was moody; his head went down, how do I survive without this young man? I have been with for so long a time that I don’t know how to cope without him.

While he was there God said Abraham, look from where you are. This man has taken the better side, but look from where you are. God was testing his ability to see vision and the bible says he looked north, south, east and west. He said as far as your eyes can see that will I give you for an inheritance.

Help me ask somebody a question. What did Abraham see that day? Physically speaking, Abraham did not see beyond a mile. Using our terms, he didn’t see up to Onitsha bridge, Ibusa junction, Ugboli and Isele Uku.

Is that what God wants him to achieve? No! God was testing his hidden eyes. The eyes within. On that day that God stretched the faith of Abraham, what he saw that day is you and I. he saw you, he saw me. Because, we are his descendants. You know why HIV is still ravaging our lives in Africa and in the world today is because nobody has tapped into the solution, nobody has tapped into the vision, the program of God for HIV. We are still doing trial and error. Until your head carries vision, no one will carry your story. You will live your life as normal as anybody and die as normal as anybody.

How you know the men that live their life in vision is that when they die, they don’t pay for advert. If Gov, Uduaghan or Okocha should die, no advert payment. Pastor Paul, how about you? But once you have to walk to the television station and be begging them, my father died, at age 81, please can you help me announce, let the public know,; your father didn’t carry much. He went home empty. His bus took him alone; he went on a private jet. I want to provoke your mind to shut the physical eyes and look into the realm of the spirit and know what God has in store for you.

If you read very well; before the arrival of Christ, the bible says who shall we send and who shall go for us?” have you ever heard it? The program of God to deliver man has been on the earth and prophets have been coming and going. For every Prophet that arrived, most of them had the intention of delivering the people but couldn’t deliver the people.

It was only one man that saw the vision the way it was in the mind of God and came for that singular purpose. And the bible says he came for the purpose. God revealed it to him and he began to work in synergy with the vision. Whatever you are looking for in life is already here. If you can see it you can have it. But the problem is that our physical eyes are so open that our inner eyes are closed. In the realm of the spirit you have a maid with a stick dragging you behind, and your eyes are totally blind.

What do you want to be by December 31, 2015?

Define successful for me because everybody wants to be successful.
Successful is just...
Success should be definite.

Okay, let's assume he is successful. What's your definition of success, that's one? How do you categorize success? What is the plan of achieving it? What we have is that we write what we want to achieve in the year and start living our life. If by chance we dabble into any of it we mark it good and continue. By chance we dabble into another one, we mark it good. That’s the way we live our lives. Let me tell you, if you get into the inner man and see what you want to become and face what you want to become, at the end of the year, you will see that you have added 10 things that you didn't see. No project is too much a project that you can't achieve in one year.

But most times we don't have anything. We have finished PUSH (Pray Until Something Happens)...prayers have ended its action time. Pastor, this year, I want to get married. Do you know it is the will of God for you? God said that if a mother can forget a suckling child, that I God cannot forget you. And I know how to give good gifts. Husband, wife is a good gift.

So you are not asking for anything extraordinary. I don't understand it when a girl is under pressure, is depressed, is in trouble because she wants to get the will of the father for her life. I don't get it. A lady that can't be depressed because she wants to eat, you will see her by the corner of the room.

What is it? 'I'm depressed' I'm discouraged. I don't know whether I will be able to eat today. He is still the one providing the food. The food has been provided. What she needs to do is to ask for the food and open her mouth to receive the food while the feeding is going on. And the young girl is saying, me, I want to get married and is sitting down binding the devil. Let me tell you, you people have case to answer oh, if your primary aim or vision or decision this year is to get married, what you should be doing is to be preparing for the marriage.

Jer 29:11
I know the plan I have for you, it’s a plan of good.

Simple!
And not of evil to give you a hope and a future.

That's God speaking to us.

Jesus said in 3John, I wish above every other thing, concerning you that you prosper and be in health. Even as your soul prospereth.

To tell you that heaven desires you to have what you desire to have. But most times I ask myself. Why are we not having what we desire to have? Because you cannot get anything you can't see. It's not possible. You can't get what you can't see.

Vision is accessing the mind of God for my life.
God does not respond to men, God responds to vision. Because If I have items in my hands, if someone is tugging at it, won't I know, I will know.

That's the way God is. With the eyes of vision, he will access the program I God have for him. So vision connects to the program I gave for him. And once vision connects to the program, I will release it for him. Because in the first place, that is what I have for him.

Everything, even your hallucinations, help me convert them to vision. That thing you want God to do for you this year. One thing I want you to do. Habakkuk said,'write the vision down, make it plain.

Any vision that is not written down is not a vision. You know the essence of writing something down, what's the first reason for writing something down? For remembrance. So anything you cannot put down is not important to you.

There are some people that you have known for quite a number of years or months or weeks but you have not been able to store their names in your phone. True or false? But once they begin to strike a chord in your life, what do you do? You store for remembrance.

So any vision you can't write down is not a vision. Why do you write vision down, to keep reminding yourself.
He said, write it down, make it plain so that he that runneth will read. That means, as long as you have vision, one of the things expected of you is that you have to start running with it.

You don't have vision, drop it and then wait for God to fly from heaven like superman then come to execute it. Any vision you have, write it down. The next thing is to run with it. All the things you said you were going to achieve by December this year, how many are you already running with? Visioneer?

Some of us will now say,’Na wa oh, I have so many visions but this year I have to wait until after election. Then I will start running with it. I was speaking with one of the Pastors this evening and I told him. Anything I want to do this year I will have to start doing it immediately. The reason is that there are some men who should be worried about 14th Feb more than me. I said to him that if Dangote is not worried, I shouldn't be worried.

The richest black man is not worried. With 80%of his wealth in Nigeria, is not worried, it’s now me?
"I won’t do anything until 14th February" passes
14th February is a date. I am a destiny.
It will come and pass. I'm in motion. I am moving. I won't get stuck in 14th February.

Because when 14th Feb comes and you hear that there is an explosion in the north then you will say let’s see whether there will be explosion in the south before i start.

If an explosion occurs in Warri you will say okay, I said it. They said there will be war in Asaba let’s wait and see till Enugu own. Please run with your vision!

Anything you have made up your mind to do or become please start running with it.
Abraham was enslaved in his father's house for 25yrs. But when vision came through the word of God, he left his father's house at 75yrs, an old man. What am I saying? You are not too old to have vision. You may be saying, “I don hit 50na, maybe when I was young you for know me oh ". It doesn't matter. You can have vision when you are 70. Because you can accomplish in 1 year what you have not been able to accomplish in 70yrs.
Abraham left at 70.
Everything we do in life revolves around vision. Until your daily life revolves around your vision, your expected result will be limited.
Until your daily life, the words you speak, the places you go to, the people you fraternize with, revolve around your vision, you cannot make head way.
If you want to do your Masters this year, start befriending people who are doing theirs.
" I want to do my Masters", and your friends are just secondary school leavers who are planning to do Jamb. You want to do your Masters and you are hanging out with politicians. Masters is the last thing on their agenda because the basic Result they need is WAEC. How can they tell you about Masters?
He that walks with the wise, shall be wise does not mean you should go to the village and look for gray haired men. No! Like begets like. Look for people of like passion-vision and start walking with them. That's how to achieve your vision faster.
Praise the Lord
what you do! What you eat! Where you live! What you drive! Who you marry! What you study in school! Should revolve around your vision.
Until what you eat has something to do with your vision, you are not pursuing your vision yet. Until where you live, what you drive, has something to do with your vision, you are not pursuing it yet.
Everything you do should be a reflection of your vision.

Until you get to a supermarket, maybe a boutique and you want to get clothes and the clothes revolve around your vision, you are not it. If you are a musician, dress like one. You can't dress like a musician, as an engineer, its awkward. So, everything you do in life must be a reflection of what you carry.

You can't have a woman or a husband neglecting your vision. When a man comes to propose to you, you don't value the man by his social status that is secondary. The primary thing is if the man fits into your vision. Because you can marry the man and your vision dies. If your vision dies, you are half way dead. But we have overblown the issue of marriage and it is beginning to look like it’s more important than the issue of vision.
But marriage is what you get in a season of your life. Vision is what you get all through your life.

"You can't believe it, he proposed"
That's the excitement
Meanwhile the guy who just proposed and you are 2 vertical lines that can never ever meet

But your own is let us get to the bridge and we will cross it. Women understand that line very well. You carry the thief home in the name of husband and start believing God that he will change.
If the man leaves, you will put his clothes on the dining table and start praying over it.
by the time he gets back home, he is drunk. "This woman, where is my food?" All the prayer will disappear in 1 second.
And you are like what is this???

I don't care how long you stay before you get married, make sure you get married to man that fits into your vision . marriage is like a mold that fits into your body. If a man comes in and tries to fit into the mold. If he doesn't fit in well, don't try to adjust him.
It means he is not your exact shape. But if you start adjusting him, you will keep adjusting him.
Get ready to be a panel beater. In adjusting the mold, you will destroy the mold, spoil the man. And if the pain becomes too much, he will start adjusting you.

Vision is one’s ability to see the will of God for his or her life.
Vision is seeing through the eyes of the mind, the eyes of faith. Looking ahead into the future program if God for your life is what is called vision.
Vision is the ability to grasp the hidden truths of God about your life.
Vision means having divine insight into God's plan for your life
Vision Is the unfolding of God's plan for a people or a generation
Vision is a spiritual compass for locating direction in life

When vision is in place precision is guaranteed. A man of vision won't enter too many houses by mistake

If you don't have vision there are chances that you might make it, but it’s under probability
Just like if you have never been to Asaba before, if you are looking for HOUSE ON THE ROCK, you will start from Cable, you will eventually locate the church. But you will look like a man that located it

but if you have the vivid description prior to your coming, you will come straight. I have described it for many people I just tell them to stop at Summit junction and from there take a Keke Napep to drop you at HOTR beside Lumen Christi immediately, they walk into church. But the ones that claim to know but really don't will eventually locate HOTR after entering so many churches. Such that when they eventually come in, the first thing they demand is water and rest

That's how people move about in the realm of the spirit. When you see a girl who doesn't have a straight cut out vision for her life break of heart becomes a regular thing in her life. So John comes, you enter, John will deal with you and move you to James. Because you are not sure, James will finish you.
But that's how it is in the realm of the spirit. You keep doing trial and error. Vision gives precision.
When you appear, you look at the place, you are sure, 'No, this is not the place I saw'

I went to the UK I wanted to do a plaque. Then from Google earth the precise shop I was to go to came out and I saw it, saw the street. I printed it, put it in my pocket. When we entered the street, it was obvious. I didn't have to ask any questions. Because the picture i had is what I saw.
So I went in to the shop and the business started.

What did I do? I googled it. All of you think that Google started today? No. God is the first one. Program yourself and press the button. Connect to the spirit of God when the answer comes you will know. So when the man appears you will tell yourself this is not the picture I saw.

No matter what people say, you will insist that this is not the picture I saw. One of your sharp girlfriends may corner the man and marry him
but you won't care because he is not the picture you saw.

You must know what you want.
What do you want this year?
What do you want?

Life has gone past what do you want God to do for you?
God gave us an open cheque right from the day Christ died and rose again.

Whatever you desire, when you pray say, and when you finish saying, keep looking out for it
But if you are running with the mentality that 'Whatever God wants me to be I will be, Que sere sera' what will be will be

From morning, double your pillow and sleep. What will be will be
When the rent expires, what will be will be
Don't depend on people and money, depend on vision.

Money can fail
People can fail
But vision won't

Vision can sustain you in the midst of bad economy but money can fail in bad economy

If you are panicking because naira has been devalued, it could be an indication that your vision is not yet ready. Even in Zimbabwe we have millionaires where we have a loaf of bread for $25,000(Zimbabwean dollars)
You still have men in Zimbabwe that can match millionaires in Nigeria. So it’s not about the economy. It’s about the man. So if you feel like you are too much, carry that your #1,000,000 and go to Zimbabwe. It will only take you a few months. You will start living like an average Zimbabwean like you used to live in Nigeria. People will fail you. Money will fluctuate and fail but business will always stand the test of time.

Vision is a spiritual language via which God transmits his plan to his people. So vision is tapping into the plan of God for man. If it's hard for you to find a vision , go through the bible see all what God has promised you and make it a vision

If you have been a member of HOTR for 6 months you should know how to access vision.

Understanding your vision is proof of maturity
For example, Elijah was a man who was like a professor in the theological school of his days and every time he came into the class he would tell the students that very soon he would be taken out by God. "God will take me soon so you guys should be very careful how you handle this nation, you know Ahab is a very bad man," while he was saying all that, all the people in the class couldn't wait for him to leave so they can exercise their gift.

But there was a man amongst them who desired something Different.
His own vision was to connect to what the man was carrying. So from the moment he announced that event, Elisha was following from place to place. The day he would be leaving, Elisha was followed him. Until.it got to a point where he was about to move

For every junction they got to, the sons of the prophets, Elisha's classmates would laugh at him, that it had been revealed to them that Elijah would soon be leaving us, why are you following him?
He kept following.

But after the reign of Elijah when he transferred the reign to Elisha, did you hear about any other prophet?

No other prophet was mentioned in the reign of Elisha. Even though from his class he had many sons of the prophets what demarcated and made him so astounding was vision, what separated Him was vision.

The very year Oyedepo started Winners, do you know how many churches started that year, many. After he started, many along with Redeemed, HOTR, many. 70% of the churches started to fail because when challenges come, they all fall away.
Oyedepo, Adeboye, Pastor Paul, stood.

Others couldn't handle it they say this is not what I bargained for and they close down.

While I was in bible school, Oyedepo said that when he was living in Kaduna in one room, that sometimes his cousins will visit and they will all be about 9 in the room they will be sleeping but their legs will be outside to close the door is to shorten the apartment.

Some pastors couldn't stand the test of that time. They closed down and he continued. Today many years down the line, anywhere you talk about Bishop Oyedepo. If you say you don't know him, then you have been dead and dumb and just started hearing that year.

What's the difference?

Vision!

Vision cannot be transferred. "I am writing the vision of my pastor I love the man so much"
Vision can't be transferred because every vision must be tailor made.
So you don't run my vision, you run yours. Our vision may be similar but not the same.
Vision is not dream. It's not necessarily what you see while sleeping.
Now we have the capacity to connect to the spirit of God straight and get the vision. We don't have to sleep for it to come.
A synopsis of your daily activity is what comes in dreams

Young men will see visions
The Spirit of God gives the ability to see vision.
Your spirit must connect to the spirit of God to have vision So if you can't connect you can't have it
If you have ambition, it’s not vision
They are not the same.
You must have a business approach to your life this year even as a Christian.

What is your vision for this year???

Once vision comes, you begin to analyze the vision. You don't just state it. Be specific about what it will take to achieve that goal. Step by step, month by month.

Improper analysis of the vision leads to its lack of fulfillment.
Start small even though you may be financially constrained. Start small. Start saving what you have to attain that vision.

Once you have the vision, as bogus as attaining it might look, analyze it and start making steps.
What you are telling God is that you are acting in faith.
Even when what you have is unable to meet the vision, start. You are exercising your faith.
God rewards diligence
God may just order your steps to someone who can help you.

When you have analyzed your vision and it’s too big for you, do what you can do and allow God to do the rest.

Work out your vision and believe God that something will happen and it will happen. Nothing happens just like that
Divide the vision, for every month face a portion of it
For every week and day face it
There is nothing you give attention on earth that won't give way
The problem is that we usually don't. We just waste our time daily.

The things you want to achieve this year, have you given that thing up to an hour of your time today?
And you want to achieve it?

Young lady, have you added value to your life? Or you think the only soups you need to learn you have already learnt? What if the man you marry is a westerner and can't eat egusi or okra?

Feeding him might amount to food poisoning for him
What have you added to your life this year? Or plan to add? A certificate? A course?
More knowledge?
Life is adding value daily.
What are you adding to yourself?

Life is like a market, MTN and companies are shopping. Every one going for the most valuable product
You are positioned to sell yourself keep adding value to your self.
